Terms, Privacy & Refund Policy

GrowellHub · Course Creation Mastery · TeachAppz

Policy Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-08-15

Terms & Conditions

1. Program Access

Access to the Course Creation Mastery Program is granted to a single named participant after successful payment confirmation. Access details are shared on the WhatsApp number and/or email address submitted during enrolment.

Access is provided for the validity period stated on the sales page or in your purchase confirmation. Live class schedules, recordings and support timings may be updated from time to time to improve the learning experience.

2. Intellectual Property

All course videos, recordings, templates, worksheets, scripts, checklists, software walkthroughs, community material and written content remain the intellectual property of GrowellHub / Course Creation Mastery / TeachAppz.

Participants receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for their own learning. Copying, re-selling, re-uploading, screen-recording for distribution, or teaching the material as your own is not permitted.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, OTPs and community access confidential. Activity carried out through your account is treated as your own.

Please inform support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

4. Account Sharing Policy

One purchase covers one participant. Sharing logins, distributing recordings, or providing access to non-participants is a breach of these Terms and may lead to suspension of access, without refund of the amounts already paid.

5. Platform & Services

The Program is delivered through online platforms which may include an LMS, WhatsApp / Telegram community, live class software and email. The specific tools used may change if a better or more reliable option becomes available.

6. Third-Party Services

Payment gateways, video hosting, messaging platforms, course-hosting tools and other third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes or policy changes made by those providers.

7. Community Conduct

The community exists so that participants can learn and implement. The following are not permitted:

  • Promotion, spam, affiliate links or unsolicited selling to other members
  • Abusive, harassing, discriminatory, political or obscene messages
  • Sharing another member's personal information or private messages
  • Sharing pirated, plagiarised or copyrighted material
  • Misrepresenting your identity, results or credentials

Moderators may remove content or restrict community participation where conduct rules are breached. Where reasonably possible you will be informed of the reason and given an opportunity to respond.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms, including piracy, account sharing, abusive conduct, or fraudulent payment activity. Where the breach is not deliberate, we will normally issue a warning first.

Suspension for breach does not by itself create a refund entitlement, and it does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.

9. Technical Support Policy

Support is provided over WhatsApp and/or email during published support hours. Support covers Program content, course-creation guidance and access issues.

Support does not include building your course for you, managing your personal devices, third-party software licences, or work outside the scope of the Program.

10. Software Availability & Maintenance

We aim for high availability but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, platform upgrades, or issues at a third-party provider may cause temporary unavailability. We will restore service as quickly as reasonably possible.

11. Subscription Validity

Where the Program or any add-on is sold with a defined validity period, access ends when that period expires unless renewed. Where lifetime access is stated, it refers to the lifetime of the Program in its published form.

12. Software Updates

Content, modules, tools and recordings may be updated, replaced or reorganised to keep the Program current. Updates within your validity period are included at no extra cost unless clearly sold as a separate product.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability in connection with the Program is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Program.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here removes your statutory rights.

Payments & Refunds

14. Payments & General No-Refund Policy

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are payable in advance through the listed payment gateway. Applicable taxes and gateway charges may apply.

GENERAL POLICY: Digital products, downloadable material, recorded content, community access and services are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered, except where a specific written refund commitment applies to that product, or where a refund is required under applicable law.

If you believe a payment was charged in error or was duplicated, contact support before raising a dispute with your bank so that we can verify and resolve it quickly.

15. Special Course Refund Commitment — Course Creation Mastery

The Course Creation Mastery Program carries a Conditional Course Completion Refund Commitment. This is NOT an unconditional money-back guarantee and it is not available simply on request.

A refund may be considered only if the participant has genuinely completed the Program and implemented it, and this is verified by the Support Team.

16. Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered only where the participant has:

  • Completed all required modules
  • Completed the mandatory assignments
  • Implemented all required steps
  • Recorded the course
  • Uploaded the course
  • Attempted publishing
  • Cooperated with the Support Team
  • Implemented the corrections requested by the Support Team
  • Submitted the required evidence of implementation
  • Allowed verification of that implementation

Refund eligibility is decided only after this verification is complete. Requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined. This commitment applies to the Course Creation Mastery Program only and does not extend to other products, add-ons or offline events.

17. Refund Verification Process

Send your request to the published support contact within the refund window stated on the sales page or in your purchase confirmation, along with your name, registered phone/email and payment reference.

The Support Team will review your module completion, assignments, recordings, uploads and publishing attempts, and may request additional evidence or a short verification call.

You will be informed of the outcome in writing. Where a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method; timelines for the amount to reflect depend on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this process prevents you from exercising any right available to you under applicable consumer law.

18. Offline Programs & Events

Seats for offline programs, workshops and events are limited and are confirmed on payment. Offline bookings are generally non-refundable, since seats, venue and catering are committed in advance.

Where an event is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you may choose a seat at the rescheduled date or a credit towards another program. Any refund required by applicable law will be honoured.

Privacy & Consent

19. Results & Income Disclaimer

Student results, testimonials, income figures, revenue examples, or case studies represent individual experiences only. They are not guarantees or promises of future results.

Results depend on factors such as topic, audience, experience, effort, consistency, execution, market conditions, pricing and marketing. We do not guarantee any specific income, sales volume, student count or business outcome.

20. Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to deliver, support and improve the Program. The categories of data and the purpose of each are:

  • Name — to identify you, personalise support and issue access
  • Email — to send access details, receipts and service notices
  • Phone number — for WhatsApp access, class updates and support
  • Payment status — to confirm enrolment and handle billing queries
  • Course progress — to support you and to verify refund eligibility
  • Qualification-form responses — to understand your stage and give relevant guidance
  • Website usage events — to measure which pages and steps work, in aggregate
  • Support communications — to maintain a record of your queries and their resolution
  • Consent records — to prove what you agreed to, when, and under which policy version

Data is stored on secure hosted infrastructure and shared only with service providers that help us operate (payment gateway, messaging, hosting, analytics) or where disclosure is required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Data is retained for as long as needed to deliver the Program, comply with tax and legal obligations, and defend legal claims.

21. Your Data Rights & How to Contact Us

You may contact us at the published support email or WhatsApp number to request:

  • Access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction of inaccurate or outdated data
  • Withdrawal of consent where the processing is based on consent
  • Deletion of your data where legally applicable
  • To raise a privacy complaint

We will respond within a reasonable time. Some data may need to be retained for legal, tax or accounting reasons even after a deletion request; we will tell you when that applies.

25. Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will ordinarily be addressed by the courts of the stated jurisdiction, without limiting any right you have to approach a consumer forum or other authority available to you under applicable law.

26. Policy Updates

These policies may be updated to reflect changes in the Program, platforms or law. Each material update creates a new policy version with its own effective date; previous versions and the version each user accepted are preserved.

Where an update materially affects your rights, we will notify you through email, WhatsApp or an in-product notice.

27. Acceptance & Electronic Consent

By ticking the mandatory acceptance checkbox before enrolment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and applicable Program Policies. The tick, together with your name, contact details, timestamp and policy version, is stored as your electronic record of acceptance.

Acceptance of these policies does not waive any statutory right, and does not prevent you from raising a complaint with any authority, consumer forum or court available to you under applicable law.
